Privacy Policy for Marble Kick
Marble Kick (the "Game") is developed and provided by Vasile Dediu ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains what information is processed when you play the Game, why it is processed, and how you can exercise your privacy choices.
1. Information processed by the Game
Information stored on your device
The Game stores progress, stars, unlocked levels, and preferences such as sound, music, and haptics on your device. It also stores basic local gameplay logs, such as level results, actions, and elapsed time, to help investigate gameplay issues. Our own gameplay code does not upload these local files to a server operated by us. Separate gameplay events may be sent through the analytics services described below.
Information processed by third-party services
Although we do not operate our own server to collect players' personal information, the integrated third-party services can automatically receive information from your device.
Depending on the active services, their configuration, and your privacy choices, this information may include:
-
Device and app information: device model, operating system, app and SDK versions, language, network information, and event timestamps.
-
Identifiers: identifiers associated with the app installation or device, including Apple's identifier for vendors (IDFV), provider-generated identifiers, and Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) when you have granted the required tracking permission.
-
Network and approximate location information: your IP address and an approximate country, region, or city inferred from it. The Game does not request access to your device's precise GPS location.
-
Gameplay and usage information: app launches, sessions and their duration, level starts and results, progression, and interactions with the Game.
-
Attribution and diagnostic information: installation or campaign information and, where the relevant reporting feature is enabled, crash reports, errors, and technical performance information.
2. Why information is processed
We and the services integrated into the Game use information to:
-
Save your progress and preferences on your device.
-
Understand how the Game is played and improve levels, balance, and usability.
-
Diagnose technical problems and improve reliability.
-
Measure game installations and the effectiveness of campaigns promoting the Game, including attribution and detection of invalid activity where those features are enabled.
-
Respond to support messages and privacy requests, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires consent for analytics, attribution, or tracking, that processing is subject to your consent. Where permitted by law, we rely on our legitimate interests in maintaining a functioning Game and responding to player requests for necessary technical operations and support correspondence. We may also process information to comply with legal obligations. This policy itself does not constitute consent to tracking or other processing that requires a separate choice.
3. Request user data deletion
If you want to request the deletion of the data that may have been collected about you or your device by our third-party partners that are acting as independent data controllers, you will find below the contact information for each partner and the link to the relevant section of their privacy policies:

4. iOS tracking and other privacy choices
Access to the IDFA and tracking covered by Apple's App Tracking Transparency rules require your permission. You can decline a tracking request or change your choice in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Refusing tracking does not prevent you from playing the Game.
Disabling tracking does not necessarily stop analytics that does not involve Apple's definition of tracking. For example, services may still process permitted app-instance identifiers and gameplay events. For assistance with a request to withdraw consent, object to processing, or exercise another privacy right, contact us to help you direct your request to the relevant provider and cooperate with its handling where required by applicable law. Sending us an email does not automatically disable SDK collection on your device. You may also contact the providers using the privacy contacts in section 3. Adjust provides a Forget Device request page.
Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal. Deleting the Game stops further data collection by that installation, but does not by itself erase information previously received by third-party services.
5. Retention
Local progress, settings, and gameplay logs remain on your device until the app data is removed, subject to any backups you retain. We keep support correspondence only for as long as needed to resolve the request and related follow-up, meet legal obligations, or address a dispute, and then delete it.
Analytics and attribution records are retained according to the relevant provider's retention schedules and applicable service arrangements. Retention can vary by service, event type, and configuration. The provider links in section 3 describe their practices.
6. Security
We require appropriate protection from providers processing information on our behalf; however, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can guarantee complete security.
7. Children's privacy
Marble Kick is not directed at children under 13. The Game has no account registration or features for players to enter or submit personal information. However, the third-party SDKs described in this policy may automatically process device identifiers and gameplay information. If you are a parent or guardian with concerns about information collected through these SDKs when your child uses the Game, contact us to help you identify the relevant provider and assist with the request where required by applicable law.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game or its data practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Please review this page periodically for any changes.
